Thank you for several great experiences, we will only go to Ragland and Riley from now on! My dog had knee surgery and my cat had a seriously needed sanitation cleaning along with a bad UTI.
My dog had eaten rat poison and we didn't discover it until really late and took him there after hours which they were great about meeting us. They took his blood and gave him an injection of b6 and gave me some pills to take home. The next day he unfortunately passed without me giving him any medicine. I drove up a few days later and they would not take the pills back and said i could have contaminated them and they weren't in the original package. This was still in the same bottle they handed me and I hadn't even unscrewed the lid yet! I was not too happy about it obviously and literally spent my entire Christmas bonus on my poor dog and was hoping to at least get $50 back. What the heck am I supposed to do now with 40 b6 dog tablets?
I was impressed by Dr madewells thorough and in depth review of my dogs medical history even going so far as to speak with his former vet on his condition. They took the time and effort to make sure putting him under for dental.cleaning would be safe and they made me feel confident that he was in good care. When my former vet moved out of state I was in as panic. I am exceedingly grateful for the compassionate care of Dr Madewell.

My toy poodle injured his eye when he was playing in our back yard. Not sure how it happened, but when I noticed his eye was bleeding I immediately called R & R Animal Hospital. They were able to see him right away. He was given outstanding care. Everyone at the clinic was as concerned about Rudy as I was. He was quickly evaluated by the vet techs and two veterinarians who worked together to provide him with the very best of care. Rudy's torn cornea and swollen soft tissue around his eye required four different kinds of eye drops four times a day.I followed their instructions to the letter. Dr. Wearing monitored his progress on weekly follow-up visits for the next month. He thoroughly examined Rudy's eye at each visit and adjusted his medication accordingly. He did every thing needed to save Rudy's vision in the injured eye, and he did it without surgery. R & R is 45 minutes from my home, but i gladly drive the distance to know that my pets are given the best care they can get. Thank you Ragland and Riley for working together to save my little dog's vision.
