The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Cashier takes absolutely no initiative to accommodate the customer's needs. I will never bring my service back to Cooper LLC again. If you're looking for a nice scrap place with good customer service, look elsewhere.
They've always been really nice to me. Especially considering that I bring less than 100$ in scrap when others are bringing thousands. I recommend them.
Crane driver without permission started grabbing stuff out my truck and grabbed the bed of my brandnew truck and lift me up 2 ft dropped me amd bent frame and bed up... all cause was on phone... told office they said they are not responsible for it.... so my insurance wouldnt pay cause it was liability ins. And i had to sale my new truck as junk cause the frame was so bad bent
