Our whole family works out at Joe's Gym and we love it. They are friendly and helpful and have a large variety of equipment for whatever your needs are, from lots of cardio, to all different kinds of lifting and building equipment. They have tanning also. It really is one of a kind, very professional for the most serious trainers, but relaxed enough for even the kids to go and enjoy it! Joe's is great!
It's a great place to lift heavy. You aren't monitored by dropping weights or yelling. Go at the pace and intensity you want. Great equipment.
