They installed the unit where we currently live. They did not screw the air intake into the outside unit and it came off and all the cold air was blowing outside. When they removed the old inside furnace they pull out the vent pipe and covered the hole but never told anyone so we now have a major roof leak to repair. The shortcuts they took to keep their price low has cost more in the long run. I had to call in another company to repair all the damage they did on their install.
My heat went out the night before a really big snow. I called Low Cost that morning and someone was here within an hour even though the weather was frightful. Repairman was courteous and fixed the problem quickly. Will use again!
