This is great. That's about $5000 out of my pocket because a local business doesn't care about the people that make them money, and insurance companies who try every way in the world to get out of paying.

I finally went and bought a new car, and decided to take it thru the car wash in Livingston, TN. (the one at the end of town toward Cookeville, TN) When I went in my car was fine, and when I came out my paint was scratched off, my windshield beat to death, and the top of my car scratched. Went to the owner, he said it was his word against mine, but turned it into his insurance. I sent all the pictures and everything needed to State Auto Insurance Companies. They called today and said they were not paying and they were was no negligence.
