The company is just as much at fault for their role in deceiving me!
When I called back to confront the person who gave me the false number, I was hung up on! I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and am working with DOT of Tennessee, as well as state and local law enforcement to make sure this man never drives another tanker truck again!
I would give no stars if they'd let me! What a terrible company! Driver ran me into oncoming traffic after driving defensively AND pulled out in front of me and another vehicle! When I called the office to formally complain, and get the DOT number, I was given a false number, no apology was offered either!
